Upstate Circle of Friends, funded by USDA through the SC Department of Social Services since 2009, has provided tens of thousands of meals through the UCF Summer and After-School Feeding program for Greenville County children at-risk of hunger. Meals are provided each weekday during the scheduled school year and the summer session to assure a hot, nutritious meal each weekday.
