The mission of VISION 25 is to enhance the quality of life for residents of Greenville County Council District 25 and plan for the future well-being of the district’s diverse communities; to balance the physical, economic, and social needs of D-25 residents through land use planning, neighborhood improvement, environmental management, affordable housing, and community development; and promote and protect economic vitality and quality of life for all resident Vision25 s. Quarterly meetings are held at UCF to create and continue community awareness for all residents of District 25 and the Upstate.
