Mission
Upstate Circle of Friends (UCF), a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Greenville County, is committed to empowering at-risk children, families, veterans, and seniors. Through a wide range of educational initiatives, support services, and community-focused programs, UCF works to create meaningful opportunities that uplift individuals and strengthen the community. By addressing critical needs and fostering connection, the organization promotes a higher quality of life for those it serves in District 25 and beyond.
